Winestle Digital holds the right to do any change in this subscription agreement from time to time. Charges and payment terms may be changed in accordance with the applicable price schedule. All other provisions may be changed by Winestle Digital immediately upon notice. Continued use of the services and products following any change constitutes acceptance of the change.
Winestle Digital may suspend or discontinue providing services and product upgrades to you without notice and may pursue any remedy legally available if you fail to comply with any of your obligations hereunder.
Our Refund Policy
Winestle Digital continues to put best efforts and work efficiently and enthusiastically to obtain 100% customer satisfaction. We leave no stone unturned in order to deliver top-notch products as per your requirements. Winestle Digital always want to stay transparent with its clients and so follows a professional refund policy.
Winestle Digital site contains demo for its wide range of products. You can view those demos to get the utmost information regarding the working process of our products and the quality of our work. And, in case of bookings or any queries related to the coding standards and pricing details, you can make use of our live support that is available from 10 AM IST to 7 PM IST on all weekdays. You can get our team support only on working days. It excludes all the local holidays declared by our Indian government.
When you place an order, it denotes that you agree to the terms and conditions policy and refund policy. Once the clients agree to begin the project and pay the deposit to commence the work, we will consider it to be the final acceptance from the client. Thereafter, no refund requests or claims will be entertained.
Winestle Digital takes each and every client requirement with the final product in mind as customer satisfaction is the top priority. The main objective is to get a mutually acceptable option. So, the product will be delivered as per the commitment made. In some cases, it may also vary depending on the client’s needs. So, we are not liable for the standard time frame mentioned for the project deliverables.
Winestle Digital will provide the opportunity for the client to evaluate the product using our online demo before commencing the project. It is the sole responsibility of the client to check out the functionalities of the product, Add-ons, support packages, and updated packages prior to accepting the project. We will consider this as the final confirmation from the client and will proceed to employ the necessary manpower and time on the placed order. So, Winestle Digital will not guarantee to refund the payment after the commencement of product development and installation.
The delivery of the product and customization work will be entirely based on the commitment made and agreed during the sale. So, we are not liable to accept the client’s refund claim upon the delivery of the final product. Winestle Digital will put great effort to deliver the product to the client within the mentioned timeframe, but, at times, it may extend due to some unavoidable situations like local holidays and emergency cases, and we will not accept responsibility to refund based on this.
The return of payment has to be confirmed through email or phone communication with our concerned department. Winestle Digital will confirm the return of payment only if everything is in accordance with its Terms and Conditions.
